Actually that one set rule which you mentioned is only for the experts. One set could really end up killing you if you complete it improperly.

With regard to this comment, how do you associate the “one set rule” to being “only for the experts”??? Do you maybe mean one REP?? If one set could really end up killing you, I can only image what 5 or 10 sets would do.
