thank you! yknow why? cause i have joints problems, and sprained ankle and bad chronic pain (so i keep getting in and out of shape everytime the chronic pain comes back(

Work “around” problems, not “through” them. I can’t do what I used to be able to… but I don’t really need to. Health and fitness involves proper body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, circulo-respiratroy power, and joint flexibility. We can ALL achieve these (or at least improve them) regardless of our current state of condition. Do your best and I promise to do mine.

84 days on the nose! November 10th to February 2nd… which included a big Christmas and New Year’s SALAD!! I have had more than 1000 people go through my 12-Week Physique Transformation process. Supplementation is beyond the scope of my YouTube channel, but I do have a nutritional program I recommend at 9lbs9day DOT COM. If you are going to use creatine and protein, make sure you consume them RIGHT AFTER your workout session. Compared to all of the other junk out there, if you’re serious about gaining muscle, it will help post-workout.

Searching on YT for fitness advice (getting up there but still think I am young) your presentation draws me in immediately, with your own background - I have had a bad accident, have fibro myalgia (i think) and I do feel you understand these issues. Thanks a lot for your generous advice. I’m looking to gain muscle while loosing fat but i know cardio burns muscle as well as fat. I recently joined a gym and am unsure what sort of cardio to resistance ratio i should do.

Every morning before you eat anything just jog around the block. Weight lifting will burn fat as well.
