Look for “MUSCLE MAGIC”
Just for you, I’m going to add another clip to my YouTube channel… MUSCLE MAGIC! It describes all of the other benefits of strength training. For example, “skinny people” tend to be more osteoporotic than people who are heavier because, if you weigh less, there is less force on the bones. Strength Training is truly the panacea for EVERY BODY!!

Though, one point i’d like to make, is that i’ve foung a closer grip uses more bicep, and here, we are trying to stimulate the lats, I use wide grip, I get more lat mass, yet with close, more back thickness and bicep mass.
I also don’t go all the way up on pullups, gets more back.
I guess we all have different things eh

You are referring to when I mention that the Latissimus Dorsi is the biggest muscle group in the upper body (at 0:40). It is the biggest in the UPPER. The GLUTES are the biggest in your lower, and in your entire, body. However, when woman are pregnant, their uterus becomes the biggest muscle in the body. Trivial Pursuit.
