Both Protein Powder and Pre-packaged Vegetable Broth from the store are very high in Monosodium Glutamate, which is a neurotoxin that gives me Migraines, Tinnitus, Vertigo, and Tachycardia…duh.

Hey thanks for this video. I don’t like using protein powder and I’m surprised Natalie recommends it, but the other tips are great.

Right, I ca’t use soy at all, unless is fermented and then in very small amounts.

All the stuff that you can buy in shops is fermented already, cos apparently before the fermentation it’s close to unfit for human consumption, and causes growth problems in animals.

But Natalie we do need fat in our diet. Organic butter is not unhealthy at all. Not everything is about calories or taste - this is a bit too biased for me, unless you targeting MacDonald public here. Other than that your video is full of good info as usual.

Not all - soy flour, soybeans are not fermented products.

It depends on what temperature you are cooking at and for how long. About halfway through before the mixture becomes bread texture, you can fold in the yogurt. I can’t guarantee that all the bacteria exists, but it certainly gives them a better chance of surviving through the temperature change. I still believe it’s a better choice than sourcream.

If you read up on hemp protein powder you’ll find it’s excellent. Supplements are always the second best option, first choice is eating the right foods. I still believe that most people can benefit from them though.

I do agree with your comment. I do purchase organic butter, cheese, etc. But there does have to be a balance in calories, especially for those trying to lose weight. I’m not suggesting at all that the alternative is nonfat spray or other manmade chemical-laden “calorie free” products, but rather natural alternatives.

I’m for it, to a degree. The only forms of soy I consume and recommend are edamame (soybeans) and soymilk. I feel that all other forms are very processed, especially tofu.

I suppose it is difficult to address everybody at once on all levels. RE: FAT - It is good to excercise and keep in shape that way instead of buying all theses low calories products usualy distorted with some chemicals. Some processes of removing fat are actually damaging to food and give us problems instead of benefits.

22|Oct|2007 21Yes but apparently …
Yes but apparently the more processed soy is, the better, because of all the nasty stuff that it contains naturally. The fermenting process filters out all the dangerous anti-nutriens and toxins.

Soy should be fermented. Soy beans and soy milk are not so good, tofu is good, some tofu yoghurts or tempeh might be OK, if they are fermented.
