I did this within … I did this within my regular practice–and for once I didn’t get that pesky tweak between my shoulder blades afterwards! I do strong yoga and this helped me open fast–plus it’s a lot harder than it looks. Bring it on!!

If I may make a … If I may make a suggestion? Make yoga-or whatever you do to excercise- a part of your day or week: non-negotiable, like work is. Don’t try to like it–just come to the mat, whether it’s 2 minutes or an hour.
Some days you’ll feel great, some you’ll hate every second, and a lot more will be in-between. But afterwards? You’ll feel better, and more like yourself. That’s the payoff.
Remember all of this, and you’ll be successful in your quest to shift into more health.
